Dr. Duckart was more than a professor—she was a mentor, a source of encouragement, and a constant presence of kindness. Often described as a “ray of sunshine,” she had a remarkable ability to make others feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Her warmth and genuine care allowed her to build meaningful connections with everyone she met.
Her dedication to her students extended far beyond academics. She took time to understand their challenges, celebrate their achievements, and offer guidance when they needed it most.
